I was frustrated the additional fees ("service & handling") aren't disclosed earlier. Also, I added balloons to the order but they were not delivered and I received no notice that they would not be able to be included. The fact that you have balloons one of the reasons I ordered from your service. The person I spoke to about it was quick to offer me a refund, but it was only for the balloon base price, no associated taxes or delivery. I realize we are in difficult times and supplies may be challenging. All I would have expected was more up front communication about this, especially when spending so much money. The flowers that were delivered did not look like the picture on the website, but they were gorgeous nonetheless.
Doesn't look as tho I got a 'premium' bouquet. And I did not order a balloon rather a 'happy birthday' pick. I really wanted the pick :(

Quick easy and lots of choices. I was good until I saw the item sent to the wife of my pastor. I couldn't believe it. It looked nothing at all like the item I purchased. It wasn't even the same plant.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
