Delivered at a time good for my Aunt's. 101st Birthday party. I did not see flowers, but she thought they were 'beautiful.'

The site is very user friendly! However, upon delivery the arrangement was disappointing. The flowers included in the 'Delux' upgrade that I paid extra for were missing the Lilies and only had 2 roses in it. After the 'Birthday Girl' received her flowers she actually called the company herself because she was so saddened at the presentation. This was embarrassing for me to hear after the fact. The company did offer to bring a new arrangement the next day to resolve the problem. The new arrangement was better, but the delivery person actually took back the previous arrangement. Asking for the prior delivery back seemed unnecessary. The representation of fromyouflowers was very poor in this case. I think this can be improved if the arrangements are checked for quality before delivered. Although I realize I should have done more research before using the company.

I paid a premium to have the flowers delivered same day. For the extra money here is what I got.
You have ignored two previous emails asking for the status of the delivery of my order.
You have left me on terminal hold with occasional interruptions to the music to insist that my call is important to you.
Your website provides no update on the delivery status.
I have received one email from "Shopper Approved" asking ME if my order has been delivered and telling me that if my order has not been received after 24-48 hours that I should contact "Fromyouflowers.com" to get issued resolved. How can that happen if you won't pick up the phone or answer emails?
This whole experience has been awful.

Great website, easy to use, great selections...had flowers delivered to a family member and I did the florist selection and they were beautiful and I got the teddy bear and it was so adorable they did a fantastic job and it made my family's day
Dissapointed. I paid for the premium and they looked fair to average. I wanted to impress the person recieving them and they were not impressive.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
