The ordered i put in is not what was received. I will say they did replace the order but took the others. You should of just let them have both orders since it was your error
Web site itself was easy to maneuver. Made a phone call to be sure that the plant would arrive before the ceremony began. It arrived about 2/3 of the way through the layout. VERY disappointed in the delivery time. Don't even know whether the family even realized it was there. Arrangement was beautiful but seemed smaller than the picture. Price was very good though.

Always an easy & pleasant experience! I did pay for same day delivery, as well as an additional 4-hour window delivery fee. But, I was never notified as to what time the order actually was delivered. So, there is no way for me to be sure that the extra fee I paid was validated.
