Always an easy & pleasant experience! I did pay for same day delivery, as well as an additional 4-hour window delivery fee. But, I was never notified as to what time the order actually was delivered. So, there is no way for me to be sure that the extra fee I paid was validated.

Same day delivery was done well
I was surprised to see such high unexpected service/handling/expedited charges. There was no explanation about additional charges till after the order was finished.
All was fine.
For the amount of money I spent on the roses, the bouquet was pitiful. The flowers were a quarter of the size that were advertised on the website. At best, there were 2-3 roses in the delivery. I will never use this website again.
Save your money, don't get the guaranteed delivery. They can't track your order and can't be bothered to help you. My father had recently passed and I was sending flowers for my mother on their anniversary. Not only did the flowers not show but their customer service didn't care to really help. They could not tell me when I could expect the flowers to show up.

They probably try to deliver it same day, but to the wrong address...
I also got email confirmation, that my flowers got delivered, but no feedback from recipient...
Next day, just called to recipient to ask about the flowers, and got answer:
"Flowers? What flowers, never received any"
Contacted very helpful customer service, but VERY long waiting time on hold, to get to the customer service.
They promised to fix the problem and they did, after an hour recipient got the flowers, and I got very good feedback from recipient, flowers are great!
I know some time problems are happened, and wee can't judge the all company for one driver mistake,
That why I will give them another chance and will order once again.
