I was happy with the product received, and it was received in a timely fashion, but the price of shipping was much higher than expected and also much higher than competitors. I am not sure that I would order again if the shipping price remains as high, but for this purchase, I did not have time to really "look around" for the best price.

Local greenhouse, Bejick's, as compared to other "deluxe" orders, was found wanting. Orchids received were merely two stems/plants; online image and similar deliveries consisting of at least four.
The flowers were for my mother-in-law who was recovering from a fall. She said they really brightened her day. That's what we wanted to hear!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
