My only suggestion is that you notify me that the person I have sent the flowers to has received them. It is awkward to have to call a person one thousand miles away to find out that they have received them and that they liked the flowers immensely.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
