I was thrilled with the website price and delivery time. Until I saw the violet plant! It was tiny, in a basket which is NOT what I picked. The violet plant was supposed to be in a ceramic pot. I understand that each florist does an interpretation of the plant from your website. However I did NOT go under the basket tab on purpose because I wanted the plant in the colored ceramic pot! Not happy at ALL!
My other plant was perfect and bigger, better quality than I had even hoped for.
Delivery expensive
It was great to find a quick means to get a belated gift to my father-in-law. I will use it again over companies I've used in the past.
I was offered 20% off but had to start all over to get it.
We were not satisfied with the order. We wanted the cross vase, instead got a clear vase with a big cross hung around it with a very unattractive ribbon. The flowers were nice. If the floris could not fill the order, the could have contacted me to see what could be done. Very disappointed with the order especially with the price we paid.
My mom was happy with the flowers especially the quality of the roses. My dad passed away 2years ago. This made her day better

Very pretty- Only complaint is in regard to the ribbon- There was one string of ribbon curly que'd at the end- The picture looked so fun an festive with the ribbons hanging off- It just made the bouquet in the picture- Everything else looked nice. The stingy use of ribbon made it look cheesy and I wish they would not have even bothered.
It was fast, easy and my friend loved her birthday flowers.
