First time ordering flowers online, so far not a bad experience~will see what condition the plant is in when it gets to recipient~Recipient liked the flowers~But I had paid for same day service and they did not follow thru on that~I had to call, was on hold forever and never spoke to anyone, had to email twice, once to find out why it didnt get delivered the next day and if i would get a refund on the same day delivery charge, they answered one question and not the other~Took way too much time to find out anything.

I ordered on 3/8/16 for delivery on 3/9/16. Did not select extra $ for early so was indicated order would be there by 6:00 PM.
The order was delivered on 3/10/16. If this individual wasn't going to be home, this would have been an issue.

Wish you were upfront with the minimum order required when a zip code is entered. Also, in advance with the shipping costs. By not doing so I had to re-enter information. This type of marketing makes me not want to buy online.

Wish shipping/handling was less expensive. I would be likely to order again if I got a s/h discount offer. Also, remember that many people send flowers to others as gifts so you may want to ask the "is this a gift?" question and modify your satisfaction survey accordingly. I asked my recipient to take and text me a photo so I know that it was received and how it looked... but most other recipients won't do that.
I was told my order would be deliv er ed at a certain time and it didn't arrive until hours later. And I didn't even receive a Courtesy call letting me know what was going on.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
