I am not happy with my delivery at all. First,I paid extra to have them delivered same day before NOON... They weren't delivered until around 5pm. Secondly, I paid extra for the PREMIUM... And what was received looked more like something I could've gotten at the grocery store for $15... Mostly daisy's! Really?!?!
I called yesterday about refunding the extra fees paid and delivery not being on time but this arrangement is extremely disappointing for $50 for PREMIUM and to get what looks like grocery store daisy's and a couple ( 3 roses)... I'd like to discuss what can be done. Flowers for you may have just lost me as a customer. This is ridiculous. I have called and emailed several times and still getting a run around. They offered me a $10 coupon for next time?!?! So much for 100% satisfaction guarantee! Why would I want to use this company again? I am just walk into a grocery store and spend $15

Read reviews and decided to try them. Ordering process is great. Flowers were delivered in error on order date, but the Company delivered a free order of my choice on the real date! How wonderful is that! I would highly recommend them and will use them again!
