Online ordering made easy & quick with many arrangements offered. Unfortunately, I had no way to view the actual delivery as it was sent to a funeral I was not able to attend. I assume the dish garden arrived as I did receive a delivery notice email sent by fromyouflowers.com. The delivery charges were a bit higher than I expected.

While the arrangement was nice, for the price, I expected a bit more extravagant as I paid for the deluxe arrangement. I could have ordered one of the predetermined arrangements and in my opinion, had a nicer arrangement.

The issue was that the discount was offered if I sent my email address, not that the discount was already on the website. The price would have been acceptable, had you not advertised and additional discount of 20%. The issue is in the advertisement.

First, I don't remember if 1 star was good or bad.
My only complaint is that the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, the 8th, NOT today, Monday the 7th. Fortunately my granddaughter came home early (sick) so the flowers were taken in before they could wilt.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
