I'm waiting to see the results after terminating a long relationship with 1800flowers.com, that failed Valentines Day miserably, with multiple deliveries canceled, without giving me notice... Now the Birthday has come and gone, 'fromyouflowers.com' came through 100%!

I send flowers frequently---fromyouflowers is now my "Go To" for all the holidays and Birthdays,
They did what they said they would, and WHEN they said they would. And the picture sent to me of the bouquet received was beautiful. I have the proof.

Online ordering made easy & quick with many arrangements offered. Unfortunately, I had no way to view the actual delivery as it was sent to a funeral I was not able to attend. I assume the dish garden arrived as I did receive a delivery notice email sent by fromyouflowers.com. The delivery charges were a bit higher than I expected.

While the arrangement was nice, for the price, I expected a bit more extravagant as I paid for the deluxe arrangement. I could have ordered one of the predetermined arrangements and in my opinion, had a nicer arrangement.

The issue was that the discount was offered if I sent my email address, not that the discount was already on the website. The price would have been acceptable, had you not advertised and additional discount of 20%. The issue is in the advertisement.

Very easy with many choices.
First, I don't remember if 1 star was good or bad.
My only complaint is that the flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday, the 8th, NOT today, Monday the 7th. Fortunately my granddaughter came home early (sick) so the flowers were taken in before they could wilt.
