Easy. Hope the flowers are as nice as they look! I had them sent to my nephew who is having surgery, and wanted them to come Monday, prior to his surgery on Tuesday. He called to thank me; said they arrived at the time you said they would, are very bright and colorful, and included a teddy bear (which I added.) Thank you. The overall experience was much easier than other flower sites which I refuse to use so I will use you again. Nice flowers, thanks again.

I ordered the "Pretty Please" bouquet to have them delivered on Saturday. Unfortunately I did not know that the recipient was not going to be home. The fact that they did not get delivered by noon was not a big issue, but the fact that the florist then called to have the recipient come and pick up the flowers at the shop. I paid to have them delivered, not picked up. Also, I received a picture of the flowers that were delivered and I was greatly disappointed! The bouquet was nothing like the picture of what I had ordered. It was basically all greenery and a few flowers instead of a bouquet of FLOWERS. Personally I would like to have a refund of at least part of my bill. I will not recommend this company to anyone in the future unless this issue can be rectified.

Order was a day late and considering I paid extra to have it shipped same day I'm very unhappy.
I was very pleased with the speediness of delivery and the cost, however, since the flowers were delivered as a gift, I can't comment on how they looked when delivered. I did get a very nice thank you from the recipient, though.
