I still don't like that what I really wanted couldn't be delivered but on certain dates, but what I ended up buying, my sister LOVED it and she said it was big and had a variety of stuff in there. So, I was happy that she was happy! And delivery time was perfect:-)

The site is confusing when you're asked to provide billing choice prior to entering the recipients addresses. Then it was concerning when asked to process the order before being allowed to enter the gift certificate number. It might be better to offer that option at the same time of the coupon discount. I'd like to see a picture of each price option when chosen. Also the product size/box size for items like the crumb cakes. Quantity of 12 doesn't tell me how big are the pieces.
So far, so good easy to use was a bit expensive, had to up grade to get them there. Friend loved them!
