While the price was wonderful and the flowers were delivered fresh and in a timely manner, the actual bouquet colactuwere not visually pleasing. The florist mixed one peach, one red, and yellow flowers together making it not visually attractive. The recipient appreciated the love behind the gesture and sent me a photo. I was disappointed.

This is my second time ordering from you. I did not have any issues with website, ease of purchase, trust, timing or delivery of my second purchase. I purchased the European Floral Garden. My order number was ##*******. We specifically did not want any lilies that is why we chose this bouquet for my sister in law, who is fighting corona virus and was very sick. In addition, she was having issues with her thyroid. We believe lilies remind of us death and funerals. We did not want any lilies. The bouquet was made from the Enchanted Florist. It was very disappointing, it did not look anything like the European Floral Garden and it had lilies. We also thought we overpaid for what what eventually what was delivered. I wish they would have contacted us if they needed to sub for flowers. Roses, tulips etc. would have been fine.
Very difficult to use your online ordering system. I hope the flowers are better than the ordering process. I ordered the deluxe flower arrangement. It was much smaller than the photo. The flowers were nice, but the arrangement was somewhat disappointing.
Difficult signing in. Next time should be easier, I have all the pertinent info written down this time.

Great service, great flowers. My 3rd time using you. I was hoping they would have gotten there a little sooner, and the vase of flowers did not look like the picture, maybe not as many roses in the vase. Not sure cause she wouldn't know and I wasn't going to have her count them.
The flowers were ordered on Sunday afternoon to be delivered on Wednesday...received them at 10:30 AM on Thursday. They were different from the picture that was on the site. The flowers on the site were much more colorful and full. I was disappointed so, I made sure customer service was aware.
They gave me $10 back and $12.00 towards another order.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
