I ordered the 6-balloon Happy Birthday bouquet. We were all blown away by the beautiful grouping of balloons! Wow! Our 13-year-old granddaughter immediately sent a picture. She was very excited! What a fun selection of good-sized balloons. I am so pleased!
Happy with the product and the service. Thought it was a little pricey for one balloon and one stuffed animal for a child.

We sent the arrangement to our son and daughter in law for their anniversary hoping the lilies would be the centerpiece. We saw a photo of it and were disappointed that there was more filler than lilies. They were pleased, us not so much. It is the thought that counts.

The discount that was applied at the beginning didn't transfer over to the actual bill rate. Plus there was a $15 shipping fee that should have been disclosed up front. I feel it is deceptive to save it to the end.
The arrangement was not as pretty as the picture. It looks like the right small flowers were not used and there was to much green just stuck in there that looked like it had not been arranged very good. The green was too big for the arrangement. I would not order from the business that you had arrange the flowers.
On Wednesday I ordered flowers from fromyouflowers.com for same day delivery for a family that recently tragically lost their daughter. Four hours later, I received an email that the flowers were not delivered same day (which of course I paid for) and that they would be delivered the next day. Today is the next day. At 5 pm I called for the delivery status and was told they would be delivered by 7 pm. 4 minutes later I received an email that they were delivered. Guess what... they were NEVER delivered. I tried to get the name of the florist and they wouldn't give me same stating I had to communicate through them and if I didn't hear back the next day, I could call them again. Screw that - they eventually refunded my money after about 10 minutes.
So now I have had to re-order my item through a local florist (hoping it's not the same one they contracted with) and my item will be delivered tomorrow. We really are thinking of your family during this awful time!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AS IT IS CLEAR THEY PROTECT THE COMPANIES THEY CONTRACT WITH EVEN WHEN THEY WERE IN THE WRONG.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
