So far have received great service from florist that they use. This order, it was much smaller even though I chose the deluxe size. Will continue to order from them but will be a little more careful on what I order the next time and will just order the regular item, not the deluxe.
I was disappointed that the flowers were not as deluxe as expected, I thought they were standard for the price. The pedals were falling off one of the main flowers not even 2hrs later. The standard balloon deflated the next morning. I contacted the online email address and got a response right away. Very pleased with the customer service.

Actually the flowers were beautiful and many people kept commenting on them. However several of the yellow daisy's were a bit wilted looking. I was also told they were not delivered before noon and I paid extra for that. However I was not able to confirm that with the funeral home. Overall I was very please with the arrangement in colors and the size. The only thing was the card. I was asked to enter the info in one place for what to put on the card and then another place to put who they were from. It was not typed the way I had the names and it looked confusing. At least the family knew. Then below that it said From: The and that was all that was there. Nothing after the word The.
I paid an extra $4.99 to ensure that the flowers would be delivered BEFORE noon the next day. The flowers arrived around 2:30! I should not have to pay for an extra charge that was not delivered on! The flowers were beautiful, however!

The only thing I didn't care for was the initial picture you show for the flowers isn't necessarily the same size bouquet you purchase. Once u choose it then it gives you options of different sizes. You should show the correct size bouquet off the bat.
