The flowers arrived at my mothers and she said they were absolutely beautiful!
The only thing I didn't care for was the initial picture you show for the flowers isn't necessarily the same size bouquet you purchase. Once u choose it then it gives you options of different sizes. You should show the correct size bouquet off the bat.
Product was nice,however, I paid for an early delivery which was for before noon. Flowers did not arrive until closer to 3:00pm.
I called customer service and they refunded the charge. I understand the delivery time is out of your hands and appreciate the GREAT customer service today and in the past. As I am a repeat customer

Easy to use website & excellent pricing.
Good online experience but service/handling wasn't mentioned at the beginning of the order so it blindsided me. The order didn't deliver on the date I wanted so it was a day late and still got charged for the same day delivery.
Although my daughter received a nice arrangement, it was not like what was pictured. I picked a certain arrangement because of the summary I read on your website of what different flowers are used, the colors of each one and the beautiful contrast it provided with the variation of flower and color and the use of magnolia leaves. The arrangement my daughter received was pretty, but with no contrast, missing flowers, missing magnolia leaves and the purple ribbon tied around the vase. I even paid to upgrade to the biggest arrangement but I feel that I purchased maybe the medium. Please be certain that the florist you use, lives up to being able to provide what you pictured and have and use the flowers and colors stated in your summary.

The check out process was easy. I needed to contact From You Flowers and the customer service, via email was absolutely phenomenal. It was a FAST response and very thorough. This was my first ever order, and I would definitely use this site again... AND recommend them to my friends. Less than3

Very affordable and no extra fees. Presentation is beautiful. Unfortunately, it did not arrive when I paid for the expedited delivery. It came a few hours after. I would like my $4.99 expedited fee purchase refunded. Thank you.

The first set of flowers weren't at all acceptable. They were already bloom and look like they were sitting out and on the down side. Wouldn't last 2 days. The second set were beautiful and fresh and nicely arranged. Kudos to the replacement florists... Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
