The flowers didn't come to me so I can't really rate them in terms of quality. I was not thrilled that I ordered the flowers yesterday and the site said "same day delivery" so I thought they'd be delivered yesterday and they weren't until today. It's not a huge deal, but when you pay a delivery fee, you want them to actually be delivered when you expect them.

This did not happen at all! I was assured that the delivery would be there no later then 5 PM since it was a business address. I arrived 5:50 PM and the delivery still hadn't been made. Nancy, the hostess had to inform me that they hadn't been delivered. I attempted to call your service department and received your sales department that told me they couldn't help and tried transferring me to service department that continuously played the same message over and over again stating that if I had an issue I should send an email. I'm not sure what pathetic person decided that emails would be the best form of communication considering most people wouldn't be near a computer that are waiting for a delivery to arrive!
The delivery finally showed up after 6:30 PM, far past the time I was assured of!
Order arrived on time and our daughter was thrilled to receive flowers at work. I selected the "best value" selection and it was very nice.

Ordered the premium version and from what I can see it doesn't appear premium. Only contained 6 roses and from the website picture expected roughly a dozen.
