The floral arrangement I recieved was absolutely tragic. Not at all what I expected, even after reading the quality guide.
This is the 3rd time I have ordered in 3 weeks! So it's really good.
Good experience for first time.
I have used FromUFlowers in the recent past and have been pleased 90% of the time. However, my last 2-experiences have NOT been good.
In 1/2016 I purchased a bereavement plant for a close family friend who lost a loved one. The plant did not resemble the photo at all! The plant I selected had full/bold flowers and was to come in a metal planter. However, the family received an extremely small planter in a wicker basket. I contacted customer service and eventually a more suitable planter was sent to the family.
In 2/2016 I purchased flowers for my sisters birthday. Since I was having her birthday surprise delivered to her place of work, I paid the extra fee for the flowers to arrive no later than 12:00pm, so that the delivery would not come after business hours. The item did not arrive until around 3:00pm!
I will be contacting FromUFlowers to have the expedited delivery fee credited back to me.
The online order process is easy.
FromUFlowers may want to evaluate the 3rd party service provider used to support this service. If the service providers are unable to meet the quality service which FromUFlowers boast about, they should reconsidering using particular servicers. Left me with a negative tone. May decide to try a competitor of FromUFlowers next time.

I had checked out other sites, and the package I found gave me more and better quality items for less money!
I was surprised to pay almost double the advertised purchase price for my "same-day" flowers at checkout due to all your handling, expediting and same day fees. I think that's misleading and so, although the purchasing process was smooth, I won't be buying from you again.
I have ordered from from you flowers many times and have never had a bad experience...the flowers are always fresh and arrive in a timely fashion...every one that I sent them to has expressed their delight with the arrangements...
So far good will see if reciepent likes and gets today. No surprises with flowers, beautiful just as they looked on pic when I ordered them. Candies were Valentine candies

Very pleased with the whole process
It was simple and easy process to buy them but they look terrible after 2 days. The flowers from valentines day out lasted these :/ I was a little disappointed by that and I know she is.
First time, look great. I have to wait and see the outcome. It came I day earlier. I wanted it to arrived the date I approve on. I was worried, that the flowers wasn't going to make it due to it wilting away. My only concern is hope it's stays fresh and noticeable for everyone to see at the funeral services.
