The sneak attack with the service handling fee is the same as a delivery fee

Seems okay, would have liked a more unique selection of flowers anb a section that states if the flowers are fragrant for those receiving them that are blind and can only smell them.
Quick and easy but I paid extra to have delivered before noon and that didn't happen. Also they called my wife to ask if she was there, so it took the surprise out

I do not like the fact that you hold back on the delivery fee until the order has been paid for. Pretty dirty of a trick.
I ordered within the time frame for same day delivery, well the recipient did not get the flowers until the day after hr birthday because the delivery truck at left before the order got ther. The time zone was 2 hours earlier than the time zone ordered in, no excuse as far as I am concerned. Yes the extra delivery charge was removed but did not make up for the delay in the same day gift I ordered, therefore wont use this florist on line again. Very dissatisfied with this and I had used this florist on line before, but not again after this.
I wish there was a better way to track status other than calling customer service. I also think that if the florist is unable to reach the recipient, they should at least try to call or email the sender.

The list price was $39 at first, but $49 in the bill. Also, the service/handling cost was not apparent in the original price. This is a little misleading. I was unpleasantly surprised at checkout.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
