I'm from the Bahamas...had a dear friend in the hospital in Miami...ordered the flowers online...they arrived a day early...she was able to enjoy them a few hours before she passed.

The website functioned fine, the order was delivered to the hospital in a timely manner, but the quality of the arrangement was poor. Skimpy, sloppy arrangement and droopy tulips. I was embarrassed when my mother sent me a picture to thank me... for an order of over $80, it was a mistake to use this company.

Prices seem great until you get slapped with and charged a nearly 16 dollar handling fee. Then they aren't so great looking anymore.
Thank you the adjustment to my order when no shops in the area that I needed could deliver that day. Customer service reps were friendly and knowledgable

Service and handling fee (around $20) was an unpleasant surprise at checkout. That made me leave. Then after i left I received an email that if i came back they would drop that fee.
Paid for expedited service (before noon delivery) got there after 1:00, customer service is a joke there's no way to talk to anyone unless you wait on hold for over 20 minutes, rep I spoke with initially was rude. Still waiting on an email from them regarding the delay in delivery (supposed to respond in an hour and it's been over 24) I wouldn't use the company again.

Service is easy to use and quick to make it right when something goes wrong. It was frustrating that I couldn't put the code in that I wanted to use since I already had one in the box (I wanted to change the code I was going to use). As a business, being able to put in a tax exempt number and getting better offers since we order pretty often would also be appreciated.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
