I purchased the 4 hour guarantee delivery, however the product was delivered 6 hours later. That was my only complaint. The product was beautiful and I would purchase again, however, I was disappointed with this, since I paid extra for the guarantee.
I paid freaking 62 for a basket. I paid an extra amount for get it delivered before noon. Never came before noon and I'm still waiting. Don't do it. What a horrible company. I'm so mad I didn't read the reviews first. I am 2 hours away from canceling my whole order and asking for a refund

Wish i didn't have to spend a certain amount to ship something to Alaska, and then still pay a shipping cost of $15. Hopefully it will be loved by the recepient, which will make it worth the extra money.

To other businesses, it is very important to me that when I pay for the guarantee to ensure the flowers are delivered before 12 noon, they get there before 12 noon. I don't want to keep getting the money back, I want to have the flowers delivered before 12 noon. This is the 3rd time that this has happened in a row. I am truly satisfied with fromyouflowers and the quality of flowers that we have ordered, however, I am not satisfied with the flower vendors you use in Detroit, MI.
