Very easy to order. Waiting to find out how the recipients liked the flowers. The ladies I sent flowers to were very satisfied, they both said they had never seen such beautiful flowers.

They did not get the order on the same day as promised, the order came 24 hrs after the order delivery waas suppose to happen. I had to call the company several times to find out what happen to my order. It was very upsetting situation, when I am sick, and trying to send flowers to my sister who was having surgery. Very upsetting to deal with to have to keep asking her, if she got the flowers yet. Finally they came today, after she came home from surgery, when I was intending for her to get them before, and the picture of them she posted, they looked all wilted.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
