I placed my order early enough for same-day delivery, because I knew my sister wouldn't be in the hospital for long. Later, in the evening, I was told it would deliver 2 days late. My sister was gone before the flowers would have arrived at the hospital. I received a store credit (good for 2 weeks), which I can't use, because I don't have people in the hospital every day. If I did have another reason to give flowers, I would use the other company that delivered my order on time as promised.
Love using your sight and the prices are good.
Ok when it says 27.99 it should be just that. Not 34.99

Thank you for the free delivery offer. I was very satisfied with the roses, however the vase was deceiving. I thought the writing was painted on the vase and not paper that gets taped on it.

Paid for "Same Day Delivery"...and was told after the fact that if no one was home, they didn't deliver them. After attempting to track delivery on the phone, then on line, was told I would receive an email response within 1 hour...didn't. When contact was finally made, I was told that I didn't enter any specific instructions for delivery, ie; deliver even if recipient isn't home.
