The shopping experience was great...until I go to the final page and all these hidden fees...shipping and handling, same day delivery, sales tax show up. Of course I'm going to finish purchasing, but I don't appreciate these hidden fees...update: mother in law and grandmother loved their flowers

I ordered the perfectly decadent basket, in the picture you see chocolate. I order this for my mother and also ordered a teddy bear. She received a back of crackers, jam and mustard! And no teddy bear. I was on hold forever and then they tell me they will reimburse me 25%! Do not waste your time or money I wish i would of read the reviews before hand!
