I would assume the flowers were great I received a wonderful thank you from the new Mom and Dad.
The experience so far,was fine. It remains to be seen just how good the product is. After receiving my birthday cake flower arrangement, I can honestly say that I was impressed with the arrangement and will be very happy to present it to my lovely granddaughter on her 16th birthday.
At first I was disappointed that the amount of balloons I purchased was not given. When I called customer service they stated that the subcontractor in Florida ran out of balloons. So I was refunded the money for the balloons. I purchased flowers, 4 balloons and a basket filled with chocolate. My recipient was very happy with all she received and it seemed like the basket of chocolate may have been upgraded. I truly appreciate all the effort made to make my recipient have an amazing day. I would definitely use your services again due to the great support and their ability to bring customer satisfaction. Everything came on time and made the day. Thank you again!

I have used this site a many times and have always heard great things from the recipients of the flowers I have sent. This site is quick and easy to use.
They delivered on time with the same day delivery option. The flowers that were delivered were pretty but they definitely did not match what was in the picture that I ordered. I'm assuming if you do not select the deluxe bouquet and pay extra, the flowers will be much smaller with more green filling. Overall, I'm happy that they did the job when I needed it.
Fun and easy. Purchased flowers for mothers 94th birthday and everyone at the party loved them. It was great with my being in Texas and having her get flowers in NC the next day. Will do again in the future.
When (not if) there is something wrong with your order, do not expect them to make it right. You will waste your time on hold and then talking to people that do not care. The order will not be right ever. You may get a token amount of money back. It's so not worth it!

Super easy to order. Delivery was on time. No issues with flower substitutions like I have experienced with other online floral sites. Greenery was slightly different than photo but did not disappoint. Vase was same as photo.
