I used the From You Flowers site yesterday to send my wife flowers for a work event. I had to call at the end of the day to be told that they could not find a florist to produce my order. I was promised an AM delivery today and a 20% credit for the hassle as well as my flower arraignment to be "upgraded". It is now 4:00 local time and still no flower delivery. I called once again to get an update and was told it was out for delivery a while ago, but it will surly be delivered by 5:00 pm. Unfortunately this is now being delivered 4 hours past the time of her work even. I will not be using this service in the future based on my first and now only experience with this service. Looking at the reviews, it should not have shocked me about the late delivery and 0 communication with me as the consumer.

I already filed a complaint about the fact that there was no blue flowers as pictured, either they were out of season or the florist didn't have any, however they were still beautiful and the person receiving them thought they were lovely, but it didn't look like what I ordered thats all.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
