From what I can tell from this, no matter what arrangement you order, you will probably just get whatever the florist has on hand to work with, in making up the arrangement. I was expecting a colorful arrangement as pictured, and again, all Pink! Better off, going to a Florist and picking everything out yourself. This turned out to be a dissapointment in online ordering.

My mother received both items that I ordered. Neither of them resembled the item I chose from your website. I chose both of those designs for a specific reason and was very disappointed that what was received was not what I ordered.
It looked nothing like the picture and the fact that the flowers were at my neighbors made it a struggle because I didn't receive the flowers until 9 at night when I wanted to bring them to work for a coworker. I would have picked it up somewhere.

I order from you all the time and the past 2 times I am not blown away by the quality of flowers. The last time you gave me a credit and I thought ok maybe it was a one time thing but then the flowers yesterday were tiny blooms and looked nothing like the picture. I think you should check with your vendors before you allow them to represent you.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
