I order chocolate covered strawberries for my daught-in-law's birthday. I made a mistake and put the wrong apt. #in the address and UPS could not deliver the package. I called for you flowers and explained my situation. They assisted me in correcting the address and advised me how to best address getting the package delivered. Very helpful, but it gets even better! The rep told me if the food was not good upon delivery to call back and they would work something out. He said, "human error should not prevent someone from receiving a nice gift."
Due to the heat and the extended delivery time the stawberries were soft and the chocolate melted. I called For You Flowers the next day and they said they would send a replacement. True to their word a new set of stawberries arrived a day later. I am beyond pleased. Their customer service was FANTASTIC! I will definitely use this company in the future! Thank you!

Was hoping for a bigger basket of flowers
Service/handling fee is very high. However, if order arrives in timely manner and is of high quality I will not be dissatisfied. Pleased with product but still feel service/handling fee is too high.

Very prompt delivery even though the recipient had been discharged from the hospital to home. Recipient said the flowers/balloon were beautiful though I haven't seen the actual flowers she received. Very happy with the service. Loved the free shipping/free handling! Kept the price reasonable.
Because I wanted to be sure this delivery was in the later part of an Arizona afternoon, I called Customer Service and spoke with Shawn. He was amazing -- walked me through the web site, even detected a charge for expedited delivery that I did not need and refunded it back to me, stayed with me on the phone until we had everything right. I am very, very impressed. I hope the flowers are as good as your customer service was with Shawn. He should get a raise!:-)
However, I was somewhat disappointed that the flowers, lovely as they were, were delivered earlier than I had asked for. Because I live in southern Arizona, flowers can deteriorate quickly in the heat. Fortunately, the recipient came home early (noon) and found the flowers waiting for her. She said they are beautiful, so I am happy that she is happy.
The process for checking out was MUCH too long and therefore I missed the same day shipping deadline. You may follow up with me. But the only way I would be satisfied would be to have the delivery made SAME DAY!
It would be helpful if the itemized billing on the review order screen was on the same page as billing info. It can be confusing because on while entering the billing, it told me that about $50 was going to be taken out of my account but didn't say why. I kept going back and forth on the previous pages to figure out why flowers were around $26 but $50 was being taken out. I thought maybe two orders were somehow placed in my basket or something. After 15 minutes of going through the site, I called an agent and she had to take me to the last page to show me why. I understood once I saw it but it would've made my buying experience less stressful and a bit faster.
Everything was fast and easy.

Website very quick and user friendly. If the product as good as the convenience of the website I would definitely rate the experience 5 stars. I placed a total of three orders. The last one was delivered a little later than expected... very close to the cutoff of the specified delivery time range.

The service and handling charge doesn't show up until the final confirmation page. You should indicate the additional charge sooner in the process
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
