I order from you all the time and the past 2 times I am not blown away by the quality of flowers. The last time you gave me a credit and I thought ok maybe it was a one time thing but then the flowers yesterday were tiny blooms and looked nothing like the picture. I think you should check with your vendors before you allow them to represent you.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I ordered flowers and cake for a birthday two days before birthday. Was charged a same day fee. When I called and said it was not same day but 2 day, that told me that it really isn't a same day fee it's a handling fee. Needed to get them out so I let it go. The next day got a voice mail to call by 1 pm. to let them know if a delay in shipment on the cake was ok. Ever try to call them? On hold 17 minutes. Told them it as a BIRTHDAY cake, think it's a problem coming the day after? Flowers would be on time, so I needed it to go and said ok, but wanted that same day fee removed. CS said can't do. Spoke to supervisor (keep in mind on phone now 1/2 hour) and she said she would remove same day fee but not UPS charge. Flowers showed up on time but left on cement steps with no box, so of course fell over with glass everywhere. Cake showed up next day. They offer me a coupon off my next order like that will ever happen. Plenty of other options out there, use those, not these people.
