The florist substituted flowers - gerber daisies for sunflowers/
Glass cube vase was green not clear.
There was no twisted willow in the vase, so the overall 'look' of the arrangement was unfinished and not like the picture on the website.
Site is easy to follow and gifts are priced competitively. My daughter was on the other side of the world yet the service was inexpensive and delivered on time. She was thrilled that her Mum remembered her Birthday. Thank you!

I paid the additional $4.99 for expedited service, guaranteeing delivery by noon. The flowers were not delivered until after 3pm. Additionally, I went to the website to check the order status. There was no delivery information available. I then filled out a request to be contacted. The form said I would have a response within 1 hour. It's been 9 hours and I am still waiting for a response. Very disappointing first time order with this company. I sent the flowers to my elderly parent. Hopefully they were what I ordered. Will not be placing a second order.

I used your service because my normal "go to" flower delivery services did not delivery to the part of Ohio where my sister lives. The flowers that she received for the recent birth of her son were gorgeous, in perfect condition and $10-15 cheaper than I usually pay. I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you!

It was easy. The only thing i would change is to put the total including service handling before you ask for credit card information. Its only right to let the consumer know what they have to pay for before hand.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
