It was easy. The only thing i would change is to put the total including service handling before you ask for credit card information. Its only right to let the consumer know what they have to pay for before hand.
First time I used the site and I liked the service
A little bit expensive, and a little confusing as far as when to expect the flowers. Also the size of the bouquet was smaller than expected.
Since the arrangement was for another person in another city, I have a hard time judging what it looked like. Eventually, she will send me a picture so I could answer the above questions better. All I really know is that she received it today, as specified, and she says it is beautiful.

I sent a e-mail on this subject. The order was for my sister in the hospital. The flowers she described sounded like those in the advertisement. I added a $15.00 bear to the order. From what she described of the bear, it sounds like the florist had some left over Valentines Day bears and used one of them. The bear had red hearts on it. A bear with hearts on it is the sort of thing a sweetheart gives to his lover, not what a sister gives to her sister as a cheer-me-up while in the hospital.
What is done is done, however, I am not very pleased.

They email you coupons/credits, but then jack the prices when you click through the link. Also, they charge $4.99 for delivery before noon, that's during business hours, so it's unfair.
Would rather my order be delivered to my door rather than the front office. Other than that everything was great.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
