THE ITEM I PURCHASED WAS DELIVERED LATE AND WAS NO WEAR NEAR THE ITEM I PURCHASED
The website is fairly easy to navigate. The arrangement sent was nice. My problem was that it was not delivered until 6pm CST. I ordered from Foryouflowers because it was stated on the site that same day delivery to businesses would be by 5pm. So, the recipient did not receive her flowers until today. I ordered the flowers around 9-9:30AM.

The flowers were ordered for my mother that was having surgery on the day that I ordered them. They actually arrived before she went into surgery and made her very happy!
Expected per the picture on the web a larger bouquet.
The flowers looked nothing like the arrangement I purchased. This was the second instance this happened. If the local florist does not have the ability to design an arrangement based on what is presented to the customer when they make their purchase perhaps they should not try to fill the order at all.

The bouquets were smaller than I expected and the one I paid $29.99 for was bigger than the one I paid $34.99. I understand that different flowers warrant different vases and sizes, but I paid $34.99 for three bouquets and they were all very different sizes (more so than I expected).
All the Admins were happy to receive them. They all suited each personality well and looked like the pictures on the website.

I paid for same day delivery and thought that delivery was to be by 6:00 PM, the delivery wasn't made until 9:30 PM, which was a little late.
Other than that, I was very pleased with this service and will use it again.
This was a very easy website to follow and place your order. However I noticed when reviewing my order there is no way to change to size of the flower order in case you change your mind.
The color of flowers that I ordered form the website is not what was received. I ordered the pink and purple flowers from the website since that is the favorite color of the person I was sending it to. So I wasn't too happy to receive orange and purple flowers with a yellow and orange ribbon.

Easy as pie to order. Was disappointed in the size of the arrangement-from the photos, I thought it would be larger. There should be something to give scale in the photos, or a description-height, width in inches.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
