The order was for same day which did not occur, they arrived later in the day today after the day being celebrated and were not exceptionally nice for the price, while it was not an expensive arrangement it was consistent with the price, I was very disappointed with the entire experience
It very disappointing. I paid for a deluxe flower set and usually I will pick the florist designed option because usually 9 times of of 10 they deliver a beautiful arrangement. I think this florist picked the cheapest flowers they could find. I seen beautiful arrangements for much less and they gave me a bunch of carnations and not that I mind a very colorful bouquet but I would think if I am ordering for a sympathy occasion. Maybe lighter colors would have been a better options or light mixed with some brights. Horrible, horrible and it looks like a 20 dollar arrangement. I will not be ordering from this site again nor recommend it.

I haven't seen the bouquet... sent it to someone in another state. Waiting for a picture or description from them.
Received the flowers the day after they were scheduled to be delivered. Although they were pretty, they did not look as the picture. The lady I spoke with the evening of 4/28/16 said the arrangement would be a little upgraded for the delay in delivery and I am unsure that was done.
Best customer service I have experienced in a while. I made a mistake on my order and Fromyouflowers followed up and made the correction for me -- getting the flowers delivered on time.

The flowers are beautiful.
I ordered flowers for my friend as her mother had passed away. I ordered 12 white roses in vase. All was delivered as scheduled but the roses were droopy when my friend opened the box. The stems should have been in those small individual water glass containers to ensure that the roses remained perky. This is my only disappointment with the order. I can't imagine opening up the flower box and finding droopy roses. She put them in water and the solution and they did seem to perk up a bit, but still...she should not have opened the box to find the flowers in the state they were.
It was simple and easy to order. The flowers were delivered when they said they would be. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I will order from you again.

I was very impressed with the efficiency and devotion to getting the flowers I had purchased in a timely manner. It made me feel like I was put at the top of the priority list!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
