Although, the last order I made was delivered a day late, it was much appreciated by the recipient, so I am pleased.
They delivery time was great. But the overall product looked nothing like it did in the picture. Not nearly as pretty, flowers did not look fresh and the water was dirty. Nope, will not order nor recommend to anyone else.

Very nice website - user friendly - no annoying pressure constantly trying to 'up-sell' a more expensive product or additional items/services. The person that received the bouquet was very pleased with the freshness and appearance of the product when it arrived. Delivery was on the date scheduled -- but I was a little nervous because the order did not arrive until much later in the afternoon than I had expected for a UPS delivery (around 6:30PM), but it did arrive.
Hospital patient never received flowers ordered for same day delivery-run around from the company and the arrangement was pathetic Never order from them they should be shut down

Came late, didn't describe product correctly. The product comes in a box and you have to assemble the flowers, vase, etc, yourself.
If you want to send a bouquet to someone and surprise them, this is not for you. If you want schlocky product, go ahead, but it may not make it on time.

Simple no hassel
This is a totally dishonest business! I ordered one Deluxe Flower and Chocolate box for my wife because we are far away. The delivered flower was two grades below what I put in the order. The chocolate was not included in the delivery. Fortunately, I talk to my wife. This business thought it can cheat!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
