I was surprised at the "premium" size that showed up for my assistant; it looked to be more of a smaller "regular" to "deluxe" sized bouquet and vase...as compared to the "premium" size ordered.
My promotion changed in the middle of placing my order. I was not pleased, but I decided to go ahead with my order anyway. When the recipient received the flowers they were NOTHING like advertised. I am very disappointed and will not be ordering from From You Flowers again.
Flowers were to be delivered by 12 noon (for $5 extra) - they were not.
Flowers ordered were with a PREMIUM upgrade. They arrived "standard" - not DELUXE and certainly not PREMIUM (which I paid for). How embarrassing? Made me look cheap. I really don't appreciate it. And my colleagues wondered how we spent more than $95 for THAT? It would have been OK if at least it was replaced with the correct bouquet TODAY but it was NOT and the person I spoke to (after waiting 20+ minutes) was rude and unhelpful. RUINED my assistant's day. Will not trust this company again. EVER.
The delivery was prompt even with short notice. The plants looked good but upgrading to the larger size did not seem worth the extra cost.
Definitely a company I will use for all my flower, plant gift needs, going forward :)

The flower arrangement did not match the photo or the flowers that are supposed to be in the arrangement, no roses, carnations only yellow daisies and something like iris. The vase was supposed to be Yellow square, and clear vase was sent for a yellow burst arrangement? The florist downsized the arrangement when I upgraded to Deluxe on the price!
Quick and easy but you should say the price is for a regular/small arrangement. A little misleading.
Deliver was fast but I received my order and it appears to be the regular/small arrangement and not the deluxe I paid extra for. I expected it to be fuller. Also, the balloon said Thinking of you and it should have been Thank You. Wandering if I received the correct order?

Not 100% sure of quality of floral arrangement, they were delivered to my wife at work. They arrived in time, she loved them, that's what I'm going by. Sorry I couldn't give you a more definitive answer.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
