Everything went very smoothly!
Florist shops are so expensive. Giving this a shot! I paid $4.99 to have the flowers delivered in the A.M. and they arrived at 12:08 P.M. Wish I wouldn't have wasted that $. Other than that they were pretty and made our admin smile, that was the purpose.
The customer service is HORRIBLE. This has been the worst overall experience I have gone through with ordering flowers. I felt completely in the dark when it came to the delivery, and when I e-mails for a status, the "we will respond to your inquiry within 1 hour." was not followed. I called in twice, and both times, the CSRs were unable to tell me anything, even though the website states "We have the ability to track your order internally." I was given a delivery confirmation with no flowers, and they finally show up about 30 minutes later.
I'm more than happy to return back to FTD.com where I pay a bit extra, but I get delivery confirmation and I can follow my delivery from departure to the door.
This is my first and last visit here.
The Happy Birthday Present flower arrangement arrived in a very timely manner, and the although the actual product contained slightly different flowers than the online picture, it was a better looking arrangement! The recipient was very pleased!

I prepaid for expedited delivery and had to call to find out where the flowers were at 1:30 in the afternoon. I was on hold for 15 minutes before I could speak with a customer service agent and then was on hold another 5 minutes while he contacted the florist. I paid a lot of money for a small bouquest of flowers. I wonder what would have come if I paid for the lowest price bouquet? 1 flower? I most definetely will not use your service again and will report to AMEX that they should not suggest using your company in the future.
I thought with the expediting paid my order would have reached its destination alot sooner. I was refunded the expediting fee and other tyhan that i am satisfied with my order.

The gift basket I received was nothing like the picture - not reminiscent of a fiesta at all. What was delivered was a basket of individual snack items (peanuts, cookies, Fritos...). Really pay attention to the 'products may vary' disclaimer - it is not a joke.
I paid for guaranteed 4 hour delivery and it was delivered in 7 hours. I contacted support to ask about it and got no response.
My husband was still surprised by the gift basket, and enjoyed the variety of snacks. Despite the late delivery, he still received it an hour before he left work, so it was not a total disappointment.
