The only issue I have is that I paid an additional 4.99 for expedited service to arrive prior to noon today, the order was received at 12:30 I think my 4.99 should be refunded as I did not receive the service I paid for. Other than that all went well.

Shopping experience was good. I found the service and handling charges to be a bit pricey, but did not have the energy to restart the shopping process again so I went ahead with the order. Would have been very pricey with out the 20% discount. A higher discount would be helpful in the future. Thank you.

First off, your outfit is a pure sham. I placed this order Sunday afternoon for next day delivery, and the earliest "next day" was Tuesday. My grandmother's birthday was Monday, so not only did they get there a day late, she got them at almost 5PM central time, in a box, via UPS. She had to unbox them AND the vase and set them up herself. According to the website, flowers would be delivered by a local florist. Where does it say that certain flowers will be boxed and shipped by UPS? Had I known this. I would NEVER have used your service. You also had the nerve not only to give me a $12 and change credit, but also a $20 gift code for a future purchase. Do you honestly think I would EVER consider using or even recommending you to anyone after this stunt? Your "customer service supervisor" told me AND my mother that some flowers get shipped like mine did. Please show me where your website says this! Anyway... you put a serious damper on my grandmother's 90th birthday... thanks for nothing!

Had some issues with finding a florist to deliver in that area. But the customer service people were really nice. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. My mom loved them.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
