I upgraded my order, and was saddened to see the order that was delivered! It was pretty, yet I really expected better. The picture on your site was better than I saw what my mother got in the hospital, and I upgraded to the premium! I realize that local florist are used for the area that the item is being sent, yet I would NEVER use gladiolas for a get well arrangement because they are so widely used in funeral arrangements! The item I choose from on your site had a fuller arrangement, so when paying for the biggest one available, then I had expected a really full arrangement. I was sent a picture and like I said it was pretty, just had expected a little better.
