Fast easy I just wish you would get a traking number right away and a tracking number to see where it's at it said from 11 -6. My grandmother got her flowers close to 10 at night but she loved them thank you I did how ever like that I could buy them in colorado and get them to her in Texas

The $14.99 "handling fee" that is just sneaked in at the very end of checkout left a bad taste in my mouth. Be up front about your fees or don't expect me as a return customer. Additionally, the almost $60 arrangement my mom received was about 80% greenery with just a few flowers tucked in. Not like what was pictured on the website at all. I won't be shopping here again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
