You need to inform customer if delivery can not be done on the expected date.
I wanted my flowers delivered on Sunday. No one told me that it couldn't be done, because the florist was close on Sunday. That really spoiled my surprise!
The customer service was great! They did there best. My father didn't get his flowers on grandparents day, like I planned but it was the thought that count.

It was easy to maneuver the website. The price was higher than I wanted to pay because of the delivery cost. I will say that the flower arrangement was nice but not quite colorful enough for what I thought it would be. The amount of flowers was adequate and the quick time of delivery was exceptional.

I ordered $49.99 worth of flowers and only received $30 worth of flowers. I tried calling your company on Saturday morning and was on hold for over 10 minutes with no personal contact, just a recording. I then called the local florist who made and delivered the arrangement and was told that the way you break down your services is not accurate. I was not happy with the size of the arrangement as compared to the price and I had to go to another florist and add flowers to the arrangement to make it look the way I needed it to. I will most likely not use your service again.
