It was easy to maneuver the website. The price was higher than I wanted to pay because of the delivery cost. I will say that the flower arrangement was nice but not quite colorful enough for what I thought it would be. The amount of flowers was adequate and the quick time of delivery was exceptional.

I ordered $49.99 worth of flowers and only received $30 worth of flowers. I tried calling your company on Saturday morning and was on hold for over 10 minutes with no personal contact, just a recording. I then called the local florist who made and delivered the arrangement and was told that the way you break down your services is not accurate. I was not happy with the size of the arrangement as compared to the price and I had to go to another florist and add flowers to the arrangement to make it look the way I needed it to. I will most likely not use your service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
