I realize sometimes substitutions have to be made, but they really did not appear too close in appearance as the ones I ordered. The product received by my cousin was not what I ordered. Perhaps the florist in Huntingdon TN did not have the Smiling Face Coffee Cup which I ordered. The flowers were beautiful, but were in a vase.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
