Online i requested same day shipping. I was told it would be delivered by 6pm. Then by 1pm THE NEXT day, item still hadn't arrived. So i called and i was told that my item was switched for 4 day shipping without warning. The flowers that were delivered were a disappointment. I requested growers delux and only regular flowers were delivered not delux size. Also, you have roses on the site and i specifically requested growers delight so same day flowers could be delivered. We got roses and lily's anyhow. Only two type of flowers and one small size. The ordering process was not pleasant because after i placed my online order...i had to call to follow up... then i had to call to follow up again... it was very time consuming for very little pay off

Florist did not have the item I ordered so I had to get a substitution. Plant was very pretty but just greens, not succulents. Came in a straw basket, not a nice pottery planter like in the description.

Ease of access is great, however the low advertised pricing is a bit misleading once the service charges are applied. Went over my budget this time.
Since I never saw the actual arrangement, I have no way of knowing what it looked like so I can't comment on that, however, your staff did deliver the arrangement on time as expected.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
