The roses were pink instead of orange. The custom vase is cheaply done and not worth the price and looks terrible. The description of custom vase should be on website so people know that it is not imaged on ceramic or glass but plastic with waterproof paper print inside. Shipping/handling should be lower priced. They do not re-deliver the same day if they mess up your order and next day delivery time is not guaranteed.
This process was simpler than I thought it would be, the price was "Very Much" affordable. I would recommend this site to ALL my friends and more than likely be using it for future occasions for myself.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
