I received very happy phone calls regarding the 3 orders I placed. All 3 recipients were extremely happy with their flowers! The pictures I saw were amazing! Thank you for bringing a smile to some very deserving people.

I didn't like the fact that it says same day free delivery and then you charge for expedited service.
Last arrangement I sent looked nothing like the photo (and it was the more expensive deluxe version). Giving you a second try since I had a GC, we'll see how they turn out this time around.
Update: The flowers were very close to what was pictured, my Grandmother loves them!

A perfect arrangement of flowers with a gorgeous vase to lighten up my best friend on a very sad day. It arrived in a timely matter and she loved them!
I can not say too much because the flowers where for my Mother who lives in another state. She did like the but she like anything that I get her.
I tried to use my Joy coupon $15.00 off which I obtained from a previous order and it would not allow me at time if order!
The flowers were not at all like the picture for 50.00 in total I expected a better bouquet at least more flowers more color this didn't look like I even cared about what I sent!
Flowers were for my granddaughters birthday and were not delivered until after 6:30 pm. Other than that she said they were beautiful!

Easy to use website, however, I ordered the teddy bear and balloon for a new baby boy, and I was not really happy with the teddy bear. It was clearly not made for a baby to play with. It has button eyes. I wish you would sell a teddy that is made for a baby, with no parts that could come off and present a choking hazard. I also think your item was WAY overpriced! I could have bought the same things in a local store for half the price. Even the bag was awful. A plain white bag! I ordered this on my smartphone, which I had never done before, and it was very easy to use your website which I did like. And you provided very quick delivery which was great! I have another daughter about to give birth in 2 weeks, but I don't think I'll be ordering the same thing for her. Really didn't like the bear. Thanks.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
