I ordered a Christmas tree of flowers - from what the web site showed. My daughter said it came as flowers in a vase.

My daughter liked the plant. I was disappointed in the color of the pot. I understand substitutions sometimes need to be made but the one in the picture was real and I would have hoped for another blue color not orange.
Always been happy with service and quality of arrangements. This time though I think there was so much more greenery in the arrangement than the flowers, and it looked a little naked compared to the picture online. And, this was a personal order this time, to my daughter for her birthday, and she sent me a picture of what was delivered. Although she didn't complain, I was disappointed in the lack of flowers compared to all the green that was in the arrangement.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
