Nice, easy & quick online experience--just the way I like it! However, the flowers were delivered a day late because there were having trouble finding a florist in the area that had the right mix of greenery & flowers to complete my order. I did receive a call from their customer service letting me know it would not be delivered that day unless I was willing to do a substitution (and I wasn't). The gal who called was apologetic and friendly. My step-mom did like what she received. However, it didn't quite match the picture of what I ordered.

I received an email a little while back that offered me free handling moving forward or so I thought. I called in and was told I would have to find that exact email again in oder to receive the discount. It is just really frustrating thinking everything should be flawless and getting to check out and having to pay $26 more than what I thought I would.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
