Nice, easy & quick online experience--just the way I like it! However, the flowers were delivered a day late because there were having trouble finding a florist in the area that had the right mix of greenery & flowers to complete my order. I did receive a call from their customer service letting me know it would not be delivered that day unless I was willing to do a substitution (and I wasn't). The gal who called was apologetic and friendly. My step-mom did like what she received. However, it didn't quite match the picture of what I ordered.

I received an email a little while back that offered me free handling moving forward or so I thought. I called in and was told I would have to find that exact email again in oder to receive the discount.
