My sincere appreciation to Jesse Kim, the delivery man, who persevered in finding my daughter. He called to let me know that she was not a patient at Harborview, and learned that, indeed, she is a physician there. After learning that she was a critical care pediatrician, he requested further information for hospital staff who sent him to the Peds Clinic. Finally, there he was sent to the PICU, where he found my daughter. I am so grateful to him for his diligence.
My hard-working daughter (a top-doc in Seattle), loves the arrangement. The flowers are vibrant and fresh. Thanks!
Fast, easy to order, delivered on time (same day), priced appropriately
I thought they were easy to work with, but flowers arrived at the very end of the day at her work, for that reason may not order from you again. Not as exciting to get them when your walking out the door and did not have the day to enjoy them.
I think the shipping and handling is excessively priced, 14.99 to deliver in the same town is alot!

My only complaint is that the bouquet looked sloppy compared to the online picture. The blooms themselves were lovely and the customer service was very good, but I would appreciate a nicer arrangement next time. Thank you.
The flowers I ordered for the website, where mostly reds & purples. The ones that were delivered, were no where near that color scheme. A lot of white /lighter colors.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
