It's tricky sending things in USA from the uk but this was easy
The arrangement was much less detailed than the picture and there were fewer flowers.
The Christmas arrangement I really wanted could not be sent to the zip code I requested (which I could not understand). The candy cane rose bouquet that I chose instead arrived in record time :) However, the candy canes were no where in the box. These were for my aunt for Christmas and she was thrilled with them. She said they were just beautiful, so all is well.
Vase was left on porch and it fell over and the water spilled out. If vase had been left in a small box then it wouldn't have fallen over. There is no doorbell but a knock on the door would have been appreciated.!
Flowers arrived as funeral guests were arriving. Flowers were minimal for the amount I paid. Was looking for a nicer arrangement as this was a high profile service. Lesson learned. :(

Failed to deliver on same day delivery order but Credit is to be given for the same day delivery fee charge.I feel the delivery charge should not be almost 50% of the arrangement price! A little too high!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
