I had never used this website before I came upon it through a Google search. I was looking for someplace that would send on the same day for my sister's birthday. My experience was wonderful. My sister's flowers were beautiful and delivered within three or four hours of me ordering. The price was fair for what I ordered and I got free delivery. I would definitely use this site again!

I called to see if I could use the free shipping offer, with the earned credit on my account. The gentleman tried to help, started asking questions he already had the answers to. I explained I could not give him the code while pn the phone as I could not access the I internet while on the phone.
I hung up on him. I had almost compleyed my online order when I called.
The shopping process was easy enough. The problem I had was the presentation. I ordered off of the "Christmas" Flowers and in the photo it looked very festive in the square Red Vase with the Frosted pine cones and Holly berries. The flowers came in a round clear vase and the pine cones didn't have that snowy look and there was NO Holly. They were fine flowers but I bought these specific flowers for the Christmas season, and they ended up looking messy and boring. I was very disappointed. Oh, and they "Same Day Delivery" wasn't same day. I was reimbursed but still disappointed.
