Thank you for your site, to choose wonderful arrangements for my out of state family I am soooo disappointed with what was sent. It was not what I ordered. My sister sent me a picture thanking me but it was this little spruce like tree with two blue bulbs and s red ribbon. Horrible! I spent $70 folloars for something that looked like it wasn't even worth $10. Very disappointed and sad that it was from me.
Please change the website to show the delivery fee before the customer reaches the last page.

I don't know how to follow directions I guess...seemed I kept running into hitches...I've been getting messages about my discount running out ($12.25) yet my discount only $10.?
It was doubtful whether the flowers would be delivered on the date requested, even though I placed the order 4 days in advance. It was after 6 pm when they finally arrived and didn't look anything like the arrangement in the picture I ordered. Not a happy camper.
Costumer service was very helpful when one of my deliveries was not delivered on time. They called the florist and found out the reason why. They then remedied the problem. Great service.

I've ordered flowers from FYF three times now. So far, two of the orders have been delivered and on both occasions the flowers arrived on the day promised in beautiful condition and excellent quality. The flowers were sent to my sisters, both former professional florists, and they were so very complementary that I was just so proud and pleased to have chosen FYF for their birthday gifts. I am currently waiting for a third arrangement to be delivered as a Christmas present to a sister-in-law in Arizona. I am just so happy to have found a company that has proven they can provide such wonderfully reliable service for such an excellent product for such a reasonable price. I've taken advantage of several of their discounts and special offerings which has definitely saved me money and yet there has not been any discount in the service or quality of the product. I've recommended FYF to co-workers and friends and was really pleased when they reported how pleased they too were with FYF. It feels so great to know there is still a company out there that really live up to their promise of great service and the highest quality for a reasonable price. The website is so user friendly even a total techie dinosaur like me can easily maneuver through it with terrific resul;ts: i'll definitely be a regular visitor and user of FYF.

I was disappointed that all charges were not forthcoming until the last page after I spent the time to complete the forms and pick out the bouquet. The service charge should be out there right away so you know an estimate of your total before you get to the last screen. Will remember this.
Should give shipping and handling prices up front instead of at the end.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
